You get cool new products and supplies and the latest goodies making the rounds. We’ve partnered with the best in the biz so you get first dibs on pure awesomeness. It’s got everything you need to let the good times roll. And that’s not all. We take indulgence to the highest level with the finest selection of smoker gear, novelty items, munchies, magazines and more. You never know what you’re getting until it arrives!

MEMBERSHIP

To join Do You Goody Box? is easy! Simply click here to join. We can’t wait to send you your first Goody Box!
Do You Goody Box? boxes are shipped on the 20th of every month. Top Shelf Goody Boxes are shipped on the 25th of every month. If you signed up before 5pm PST on the 19th , your box will ship either on the 20th or 25th depending on the goody box you purchased. If you signup after 5pm PST on the 19th, your first Goody Box will be shipped the following month.

BILLING

You will be billed the day you signup for the subscription plan chosen and then every time your subscription renews thereafter (Every 30 days).. For monthly subscriptions, we bill your credit card at the time of purchase and every 30 days thereafter. For pre-paid subscriptions of 1, 3, 6 and months, we bill your credit card the full amount at the time of purchase. Gift subscriptions purchased through our “Gift” center, will not renew.
You can update your credit card information by simply logging into your account or by sending us an email to: hello@DoYouGoodyBox.com and we’ll send you an online secured link to do so.
We hate to see you go. If there is any way that we can change your mind please let us know. Our goal is to keep you happy and if there is a way we can do that we’d love the opportunity. Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority! To cancel your subscription, please send an email to hello@DoYouGoodyBox.com Cancellation requests received after the 13th of the month will go into effect the following month.

SHIPPING

Loot Packs ship on the 20th of every month. Goody Boxes ship on the 20th of every month. Top Shelf Goody Boxes ship on the 25th of every month.
That’s easy! Simply login to your account here or send us an email with your new address to hello@DoYouGoodyBox.com and we’d be more than happy to update the information for you. Any changes made after the 18th of the month will be updated for the following month’s shipment.
Yes. Shipping to the contiguous United States is only $3.00 -$7.95 per month depending on the type of Goody Box you select. For Canada a $10.00 additional fee applies to every goody box shipped. For the rest of the world: once you checkout please click on the appropriate “Shipping Surcharge.” Failure to select and pay for the surcharge at checkout will result in your order being canceled and refunded prior to shipping.
We ship to all the contiguous United States, Canada and the Rest of the World!
Once your goody box has been shipped, an email will be sent notifying you of your tracking information. Please allow up to 24-hours for your tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.
Yes absolutely! We know that sometimes you may be out of town or just need to skip a month. If you’d like to pause your subscription please contact us by email at hello@DoYouGoodyBox.com to inform us of which month(s) you’d like us to pause. Any requests made after the 15th of the month will not go into effect until the following month.

GIFTS

Of course! Simply click on “Gift The box” and select from our 1, 3, or 6-month subscription packages and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you placed the order by 5pm PST by the 19th of the month, their box will ship out the following day. Any orders placed after 5pm PST on the 19th will ship out the following month.If you select our E-Gift Card option at checkout, this will send the gift card instantly to the recipients email notifying them of the awesome gift you just purchased for them. They can then sign up and redeem their gift card whenever they’re ready.

No problem! Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you’re unhappy with your goody box please send us an email to hello@DoYouGoodyBox.com and we will be more than happy to have you send it back for a full 100% refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to send back the unused contents in it's original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
